Fully Powered

When I started to write a post today it was a depressing one.
I was having an OFF day as I like to call it. Feeling sorry for myself for no perticular reason.
Then I started checking in on all of my favorite blogs.

Which led me to find one that brought me to tears, literally.

After reading a story of a mother's lost battle with cancer, and her amazing outlook on life.

It was like someone flipped the switch in me. I am no longer feeling sorry for myself.

I am no longer having an off day, instead I am all the way fully powered

ON!

Today is a gift... That's why it's called the present.

Happy Birthday my sweet Bryn Leigh

Last week my baby turned ~2~

Excuse me while I wipe the tear from my eye.

My sweet little girl joined our crazy clan at 4:24 pm on Feb 18, 2008
Weighing 7lbs 4 oz & 21.5 inches long.

Her dad never knew he wanted a girl until he held her for the first time, that was all it took for him to know he wouldn't have it any other way.

I was so glad to have a girl after the 2 very energetic boys! (yes my boys do have their fingers in their noses, I think it was a nervous habit)

She was the sweetest little girl I could ever ask for, from the time she was 4 days old she slept through the night. She very rarely ever cried, mostly because she wouldn't have been heard over her brothers.

What a great smile she has!
The past two years have been so much fun raising our little sweetie. Dad has come up with so many nicknames for her that I had to put a few in this post so here they are: Sister Sue, Suzy, Sissy pants, Sissy souffle`, Sissy squared, Sissy Pie, Brincess (courtesy of uncle Josh). Every time he comes up with a new one he gets so proud of himself.

Spring Fever!

Trent and Easton are going crazy waiting for spring,

I may just go crazy with and acre and a half of mud.

But the boys enjoy riding the 4-wheeler in all that mud!

The Sun Will Come Out Tomorrow...

Inspite of our cheering,

Our Beloved COLTS lost,

But we will survive... Somehow,
Knowing that the sun will come out tomorrow,

And Peyton Manning is still a Class Act,
and someone who we want our kids to look up to.

And next year, without fail, we will still be,
Colts Fanatics

Not just any old game.

Nearly 8 years ago I married into a family of sports FANATICS! I mean that in every sense of the word. They are fanatical about "their" teams.

Their NFL team is the

Indianapolis Colts!

Last year we were lucky enough to be able go to a "Colts" game with the Fanatical Jones Clan! What fun, and that is when I became a Colts fanatic too.

So when I hear people say that they are just watching the game for the commercials I laugh. This is so much more than just a game or even just any old Superbowl to the Jones'. It's likely that many in the family will be too sick to even eat any of the delicious food that ShaRee will prepare. And those that do may have a hard time keeping it down. The Jones boys are known for their "nervous stomachs"

So if any of you are on the fence about who to cheer for, Please cheer for the "Jones' Colts". Trust me it really does matter who wins this game!
